My biggest observation was that last year's class it kind of seemed like the teachers were herding cats; some wandering, some talking, a couple paying attention but they were some silly and funny little girls. This year there was much more order! When Miss Peggy asked the girls to line up, they did! Of course, it was far from perfect and some of the girls were really shy while others chattered nonstop, but overall they really seemed to follow directions and copy Miss Peggy's movements much better than at this time last year.
Each week a different girl (or two) gets to be the class 'leader.' This means that she is first in line, first to do a movement, etc. Last week was Abby's turn to be the leader and as I picked her up from class, Miss Peggy told me that she was a VERY good leader and listener! She makes me proud!
Here are a couple of pictures, thanks to Pops!

She is the star of the show-- it's hard for me to take pictures because I can't take my eyes off of her, not even to focus the camera.
Looking good Abbs. I'll go ahead and put in a reservation for a mini-recital over Christmas. Better rehearse. And while you're at it, can you teach Hannah and Uncle Keith a few steps. We're probably at the same level of expertise.
Way to go Abbs!!! You look so pretty in your dance outfit. Can't wait to see you this weekend!!!
Keith--ask her to do "the bridge" when you visit. We saw it last week and it was pretty impressive!
Nice images, Abigail! I am sooooo.... proud of you!!
Love,
