Luca and his favorite clock

While the girls had a fun and successful shopping trip on Saturday, the dads, uncles and Pop (Bruce) stayed home with the kids.

We played all kinds of games with trains, fake cell phones and toy kitchens. We also watched Aristocrats and Lady and the Tramp.

But one of the highlights was capturing Luca's excitement at his favorite toy, the grandfather clock at Pop and Gram's house. He loves to "ding" along with the chimes and runs to it almost every 15 minutes when it makes all kinds of fun noises.

Here's his reaction at the top of the hour, the longest sequence. Emily, his mom, loved the video so much, she said she needed to run out and get an Uncle of the Year t-shirt immediately after she saw it.

What can I say? The kid's cute.
