What?! Yes, that's right. When Andy had no success getting a government office to answer it's phone today, he finally reached the husband of an employee at home this evening. Our friend kindly told us that all government offices were closed today for the holiday. Guess it slipped up on us! For more info see this helpful link. And this makes it official.

Wow, you must live in the true South! I had no idea that was a holiday and my husband is from Louisiana. I don't think they get the day off there.
