The playground area down the street from the Halsey cottage was a big hit with the rugrats. We made several trips there to go down the corkscrew slide (popular with Clara and Abby), the simple slide (Hannah's favorite), and swings.Among the favorites from the K&K Cafe were "starwiches," magic milk, and the swords (Ben's favorite) and castle (which was a pain in the kazoo for the adults to put together).
Pops' age-old "four-motor bomber routine" was a giggle-palooza with Clara, Abby, and Ben, but only allowed by Hannah if they kept the giggling and tickling to a minimum.
We enjoyed walking on the marina one evening, and one of everyone's highlight was the trip on the pontoon boat, and swimming in the lake.

Part III coming soon, with boating pictures! Good pics Keith! By the way, this morning in her prayers Abigail thanked God for bottled water squishy tops. That Kristi has a legacy!
Seriously, the Farner family is too darn cute!!!
Hey Bonnet, great pictures and a double blog entry!! You're setting a torrid pace for the siters to keep up.
Nice photo documentary! The magic milk has already made an appearance on the home front and the swords have been doubling as guitars. Lots of great memories from the trip!
